Circular No. 127/2026/TT-BTC on Declaration Data and Forms for Means of Transport Entering, Leaving or Transiting Vietnam
The Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 127/2026/TT-BTC prescribing declaration data requirements and document forms for means of transport entering, leaving or transiting Vietnam through airports, seaports, railway, road and inland waterway border checkpoints.
The Circular applies to customs authorities and officers, customs declarants, and other state agencies involved in managing these means of transport. It also covers declarations relating to transfers between ports.
